Welcome to ZiZBJJ and Echo (together, the "Service"), provided by ZiZai (Beijing) Tech Co., Ltd ("we", "us"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.
These terms do not cover Lake2Ocean, which runs independently for enterprise customers — see its own site at lake2ocean.top for its terms.
1. Accepting these terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the Service.
2. About the Service
We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of defects.
- ZiZBJJ is currently in its pre-launch preview stage; specific features and the launch date may change.
- Echo is currently in private beta as a WeChat Mini Program; features and experience may change between versions.
3. Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information you enter into the Service.
- Echo's features for entering information on behalf of a child are for that child's own parent or guardian only — please don't enter another child's information.
- Don't use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable PRC law.
4. Risk notice and disclaimers
- ZiZBJJ's content is a technique-learning aid. Jiu-jitsu and similar combat sports carry a real risk of physical injury — train with a qualified instructor; nothing in the Service is a substitute for proper in-person instruction, and we're not liable for injuries sustained during training.
- Echo's parenting suggestions and growth stories are generated from what you log, for reference only — they are not medical, psychological, or educational professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for those needs.
5. Intellectual property
The product design, text, graphics, and software in the Service belong to us or are used under license. Don't copy, modify, or distribute them for commercial use without our written permission.
6. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service as products evolve or the business changes, and we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in advance.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by, and disputes resolved under, the laws of the People's Republic of China (mainland).
